1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bos777 platform at bos777.bid (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bos777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bos777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bos777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bos777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your bos777 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.

bos777 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

bos777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The bos777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bos777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Account Termination

bos777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason bos777 deems appropriate.

Players may request the closure of their bos777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
